Owner.

 Began recreational gymnastics at age 5, and competitive gymnastics from ages 10 to 16 in Virginia, Germany & Maryland. Favorite event - Floor Ex! Choreographed H.S. play "Grease".  Began seriously coaching in 1994. Co-Headed & choreographed for Waldorf competitive team until 2003. Program Director since 2005. Summer of 2007 became Xtreme Gymnastics Program Director, Instructor, Instructor Trainer, Head Coach and Demo and routine choreographer of Xtreme's Advanced Recreational Gymnastics Team - and lovin' it!!!

I began taking gymnastics at age 4, and was a competitive gymnast from ages 8-12.  I was also a member of the Superstars, a competitive dance team, for 4 years, as well as a high school cheerleader where I was the captain of the varsity squad.  I began teaching gymnastics in 1994.  I have taught all levels of gymnastics, from 2 year olds to competitive team.  I am currently teaching the Kids and Co. classes as well as the Mini O's.  I love working with children and passing on my love of the sport to them.
