Xtreme's Athletics offers a year-round recreational program, as well as the Mason Dixon recreational competitive league. We have recently expanded into two gyms at the same location!  Our main gym is our tumbling and vaulting area.  This air conditioned gym features a 40 Ft. TUMBLE TRAK, a 42 X 42 SPRING & FOAM COMPETITION FLOOR, a huge Trampoline,  our newVault Table, and a variety of gymnastic mats and drill cushions to aid in training, as well as mirrored walls.  Gym B is also air conditioned and is designed specifically for pre-school aged children as well as tweens.  This gym equipment consists of regulation uneven bars, a Youth Training Bar System, balance beams of varying sizes, and a variety of gymnastic mats and drill cushions to aid in gymnastics training.

All 2010 sessions run on an 8 week schedule, and there is a non-refundable annual registration fee of $30.  Classes are limited and an early registration ensures that your child has a spot. Registration (for classes with openings) is accepted any time during any session.  Sibling discounts apply.

Oh Yeah! We Love Conditioning!
Oh Yeah!  We love conditioning!

At Xtreme Athletics, our instruction is based on individual skill level, not just age.  Our classes are designed to keep your child challenged and in constant motion - NOT CONSTANTLY WAITING IN LINE.  Your child will get a lot of attention and you will get a lot more value for your money!

Learning-Through-Progressions is the teaching method utilized for all students at Xtreme Athletics: gymnasts and tumblers. This means that each student must essentially learn to walk before we will encourage them to run, thus building the necessary physical strength and coordination to progress safely to a higher level. Although some instructor spotting occurs, students progress more appropriately through specific technical instruction, as opposed to depending on an instructor’s physical assistance. This is key to building the student’s independence and confidence in themselves, and minimizing the natural fear that often accompanies learning more difficult skills. In essence, the Learning-Through-Progressions method will produce a stronger, more coordinated, and more confident athlete and individual.

Parents - Please take extra care when choosing a class for your child, and be sure that his/her ability falls in range with our criteria listed on our Class Descriptions page.  Please note that if a student is registered for a class that is too advanced for his/her ability, then, for the benefit of all students and instructors, Xtreme reserves the right to transfer your child to the most ability-appropriate class.

Please review the Gym Rules before registering for a session!

Below, we hope you will find the class that's just right for you!  Included with all descriptions are age distinctions, tuition fees, and a session calendar.  If you don't see what you're looking for, then please send us an email at xgymnastics@xtreme-athletics.com.  New classes are being added each session to accommodate the needs of the community.
